Another word for "Svartsjuk" is "Avundjsjuk", and it can also be like "Grön av avund" which would be translated to "Green of jealousy", and "Svart" does not mean "dark", so it's not "dark sickness", only "black sickness"

@Eryteia thank you for the correction and the rating... "Black sickness" is more perfekt for what I consider jealousy to be. I confess that I chose the word "dark" myself, because I was concerned that the young people here, as well as non-native English speakers, might not get the connection with the word black, thinking only in color, rather than in emotions such as a "dark heart". My bad...
