So smart, really impressive mechanism and really fun puzzle!
I spent a fair amount of time just trying to figure out what I had to do and after the mechanism starts working is just amazing moment after amazing moment. Thanks!

Amazing stable mechanisms in a small space. Wonderful and fun. The main mechanism stopped only once for me.

(I thought I had to get back to the first ball as R was walking across B, but you don't need to, because moving while R is crossing does the trick and gets him where you need him.)

As everyone else is saying, beautiful mechanisms... and I can't repeat what I said when I won because of the kid-friendly rules in place for language.

@vince I've done the intended as well, but I actually find the way I first did it to be easier...

If you do it as intended, B might not make it up to the first ball in time, R turns around at the gap, then gets stuck face first against that horizontal pillar and won't budge. If you move B just as R is starting across, R falls down and can be nudged to the proper ball.

If you activate the main mechanism twice just before crossing, R won't get stuck, he will go around the tower and activate the mechanism himself to pass
