In some occurence, the mechanism can get stuck...
In this case, wait a little bit.
The machine - which is not so badly designed  - can self-regulate.
Otherwise, you will have to restart. My apologies for that.

Take the time to observe the machine to understand its behavior. The zenithal view is pretty but prefer a 3/4 bird's eye view to fully capture the movement of the rotating stairs.

Two paths are quickly impossible, one will turn out to be a dead end, the last one is the right one!

A good place to wait before the arrival of a staircase is the penultimate step that leads to each floor. See the metal stairs of 1st floor as an example.

The central machine is a stack of 3 Maltese crosses mounted on top of each other. Each undergoing the movement induced by those located lower. Each level has its own speed and angle of rotation (90°, 180°, 270°)

I hope you have fun !!!

      Good morning !
... if you are at the top, you must have won ?! o_O
(Unless you choosed the path which is a dead end ?)
      Congratulations, anyway.

Nicely observed : my special day will be next monday :)

Amazing mechanism!!! I have no idea how long you've been designing and testing it. I think it's very hard to build. The gameplay is also interesting. At first I thought that it doesn't matter which way to choose. But it turned out that only one of the ways is correct. Thanks, that was interesting. And for the mechanism from me of course 5!;)

That's a really whacky machine, :D:D. I kept falling off, but got there at last, ;).

It's a fascinating machine, but just too sticky. After three attempts and watching for a while I found a path that would have worked, allowing for the middle steps with its 180° rotation, but the machine just keeps getting stuck. It's always tricky in Mekorama when even rounded blocks meet square edged blocks. It might work better if the stone blocks forming the pathway were "stone half pillar" on their side, with the curve facing inwards towards the mechanism. You've still got steps to contend with, which are always sharp-edged, but at least the half pillar blocks might have guided the arms into correct alignment before the steps are encountered. So anyway, I loved the mechanics, and found the correct path, but was prevented three times from reaching the goal because the machine got stuck and wouldn't restart. One of those times I managed to slide across to the top but the machine at that stage had stuck with none of the top metal half pillars in alignment with the slider! So I can't rate although I wanted to.

Hey @Valentin, I thought I'd give it one more go, and as it turns out I had to give it two more. Anyways, I got there in the end. Due to the convergence of the middle steps and the dead end you really have to watch and plan from the start but you also have to not wait too long because of the machine's propensity to get lodged. So now I can rate, and I can say it was a good challenge. Thanks for taking the time to create this amazing mechanism

      Thanks, fellows.
Though, I feel sorry for that machine that get stuck.
@IceBlade I will try your suggestion, thx (it is true that the machine worked better before I draw the external structure)
@Denis Nazin it didn't took me so long as I am now familiar with the maltese cross. I did the level in the editor (without mekostudio, I mean)

Thanks for playing and your comments !

This looked impossible to win at first, but turned out to be not so bad after I saw the pattern.
