My level is 600. No tricks. Need - "Quick Start" and timing!! Have fun and pop balloons There are hints for timing!! If you see them and do everything correctly, then you can complete the level without restarting. Spoiler: VS Time - 2:12 Since the numbers are big, the load on the mechanism is also big. Because of this, the mechanism can work "tightly" and sometimes get stuck. But it's okay, you don't need to restart the level because of this!! - just knock and apply a little force, and everything will work!
Simple concept but must have been hard to get it to work. Loved bursting the balloons and the logic to get the other stars was good. Thanks for all the 600 very varied levels.
I managed to do the logic part and - some of - the timing part. Let’s say I won ! Thanks for your indication of the hints. I just couldn’t catch the 3 balloon-stars in a row Happy level-anniversary ! ✌️

Congratulations on your 600th level, @Denis Nazin. I have played and enjoyed many of your levels, and there is this recognisable style. I popped some balloons and all the stars for you on the 600th, and this is a great idea and implementation in a funny visual design, and I also like the dancing 600 digits! This timing element is something I am very bad at, but after figuring out the correct position of the ball for popping the balloon it works reliably. Finally time to party! The rest is some nice and easy logic, a "piece of cake" for your 600th. Thank you for your levels and hoping to see more of them in the future.

Congratulations with you 600th level. An amazing number! The level presents an interesting variety of stars to get. The balloons were a lot of fun. The top path I didn't see for a while. The difficult timing I got for the very first ball, but then failed on the second, of course.
