R has been murdered, found in a pool of blood in the hall with his head bashed in. It is the job of detective B to discover: WHERE he was hit: (hint: look for blood stains/red bricks) to unlock upstairs HOW he was killed - identify the weapon (correct door) WHO killed him. You have four suspects upstairs : Ms r (secretary/mistress) Mrs L (his wife) Proffessor L (brother) and little r ( profs girlfriend) Escort the correct suspect to the stair cupboard and lock them in to trigger the win. Note: no tricks needed
@Tui Are tricks needed? Spoiler the design make me think that low ceiling is needed & I also experienced R's behaviour where can walk on blocks that usually can not walk...is this behaviour needed?& maybe more tricks?
Great visuals and I like the theme and story of the level a lot. Took me a while to figure out which rooms were involved in the crime, but there are indeed some clues as to who, how, and where the crime happened. Spoiler: additional level elements I also found the murder weapon in the murder's room, but only after I had already changed to the upper floor. Took me a bit loger to find the missing additional stars, more detective work!
Your answer puzzled me at first but then it acted as a spur ... and I was able to enjoy an excellent level of logic with a great storyline of a classic mystery with a very appropriate scene design... thanks @Tui great job!
What a great mysterious level. Loved to explore it. That's a very blunt murder weapon! The hint of who the murderer was, was clear in the end. Although part of me thinks that locking them all up in the attic might also have worked.
I'm utterly speechless. I seldom choose levels from recent releases, and I usually avoid those with hidden objects, excessive bots, or overly complex layouts. However, the storyline of this level was the sole reason I gave it a try. As a fan of literature, tragedy, and crime stories, I found it deeply intriguing. Initially, I was frustrated, but I recognized that solving murder cases takes time - just like this level. As the puzzle pieces began to connect and the narrative fell into place, my interest grew. The design, story, mechanics, and gameplay were all exceptional. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Now, I'm humorously requesting a vacation from my office after completing this case.
@Block builder The win should only work with L that being said I did not actually try herding them all in there to see
