Burglar Bob

THANKS. This level wouldn't exist without @Kyriegabas 's idea to model a safe lock and I thank him for that. Thanks also to @Denis Nazin from whom I borrowed his vertical lift - here, horizontal.

Storyline :
Burglar Bob is about to rob the bank! Use your magical fingers to open the safe and steal the jewels ... Be careful, a security officer is making his rounds! If he sees you, he could go and warn his colleagues ... There is no time to lose !

Spoiler: "HOW TO" HINT

The idea is to align the barrels of the lock to allow the horizontal rail to pass through and collect all the stars at once. (There is nothing to do with B who has to work fast before the cops arrive). To do this, you must rotate the superior handle continuously in one direction, then the other with each new barrel aligned. It is imperative to start from the back and come back to the front.
When done, use the inferior handle to move the rail to the left. You win !

@Valentin.. i had not tried it as i presumed it was the same logic but a bit longer and havng done all the twirling once, that’s enough for me. I should admit that i made the first level stress free by tripping up the security guard before he entered the building.
