Didn’t have any problems launching, but took many of them before capturing the winblock.

I collected two stars and visited both red bricks, launched a rocket. But I absolutely don't understand how to win
How to take a win block??

B does not see blocks above the 16th floor.

The red brick on top is the 16th floor. When the passage in the rocket reaches the 16th floor, you need to click on the win block. Then B will climb onto the Win block, because he sees no obstacles above the 16th floor and walks on a flat road.
