Church flooded

I can get to both inner balls but cannot figure out how to reach the ball on the outside edge. Was looking forward to sneaking a peek at @delator77 "my way" VS, but the album comes up "empty" for me. I need help would be greatly appreciated. TIA

Thank you so much @delator77 for the video solution and apologies for taking so long, I just checked back on my old unfinished levels now. Indeed I had made it to the very last AP step of the budgeable but did not think to click onto it ! ...You have preserved my sanity in helping me complete the level

An absolutely tight packed and totally intriguing level that had me stumped for a while ... but it was interesting enough to pursue. Much thanks to @delator77 for his help. Totally satisfying and lovely aesthetics . Thanks for the challenge
