@Andreas Adams - Well sir I tried this level for over one hour and I'm not even close. Giving up today but hopefully you or someone will provide a little direction.

Do I need to go up the high stairs and then get to the ledge on the other side of the red tunnel? If so, hint please.

Yes you need to go over the stairs, and step on the guys head to get to the elevators

@Andreas Adams - Again thanks for the hint and confirming the stairs. I have the last part figured out but have tried numerous things to achieve the strategic/ability move without success.

@gmacpro at what part are you stuck exactly?

I see that the R needs to carry B to the sliders upward,I seen that day 1. I also see that B probably needs to get on the red center (the tunnel) in order to get on R. I've tried autopiloting B up the stairs past the other R and he does some special things but not land on the red center. I've tried auto-piloting B past R on the lower level again to the red center but this is a worse result. My thinking is B needs to be in the slider at the bottom of the stairs and just as R is walking to the landing, tap some place so B autopilots onto the red center but I can't find the place to tap. That's where I'm stuck. Thanks for asking.
