Meko Guy

L Mechs 2

A few tricks will be required. There are a few things within the level that may not be used. These things are recovery or aids to the level

      - herc pushes
      - auto pilots
      - cancel tap
      - If you are having troubles getting B to push the mechanism here are two things to try
      1. Don't lower the lift to the bottom and/or
      2. Instead of tapping on the brick, tap one block closer to B
      The Video and the card are slightly different as I removed the win and added two stars but the game play is the same

      Fun level with all the pushes. My B let the first L mech went all the way into the water pit and become a '7'. Didn't used the move at 2.36 but used low ceiling instead. And as you mentioned, there are some things in the level I didn't used.

      Lots of fun on this day of exercise for B... it was short but intense! thanks for sharing @Meko Guy ;)
      btw, when watching the video to check if our solutions coincided, I noticed that you had only put the star corresponding to the win block but in the card that you have published you have eliminated the win block, leaving two stars... I wonder why you did it :rolleyes: ...

      @delator77 -
      Generally, my opinion of stars is they add game play without much effort. IOW, a very small level with 5 stars and 5 completely different goals can be made very fast and easy - I call this the lazy man's way to get game play. I prefer the old version with one win and one goal. So why remove the win and add two stars? Since tricks were required in this level, the player can magically get to the win block with some strange or lucky trick and the game is over. Having two stars means the player will need to visit more of the level so for example, a fluke lucky bounce will not win the level. I try to have the stars as part of the game play rather than their own goals. With all that said, the level, 'How Many Stars', a few days ago, wasn't my normal level type as the win and stars were separate. So, the short answer is to force the player to do more of the level. Thanks for playing, commenting and rating.

      I liked watching the oscillation with plenty of potential moves, although it got stuck sometimes. Saw interesting gameplays but i went for a simpler rotating but non-budging win. Fun capturing the high star.

      Got this one on my own and enjoyed figuring out how to use the budgeable. The slow auto lever was fun to jump on :thumbsup: thanks :D

      So sorry, I forgot to rate this one excellent fun level, with nice autopilots. I also like the use of the mechanism. Good all round level. Thanks @Meko Guy :thumbsup:
