Very interesting to see your correct walkthrough. I won, but my victory is most likely a short cut because I didn't use the ball.

I threw R on the win block outside the house, from the stairs.

after r drops the ball, take r to the stairs in front of where he dropped the ball, from the outside. so r will go up the stairs then take r from inside then move it to the win block
