Spoiler: I found a shortcut though.

When you go to the moving platform that is on the same square than the win, if you time it right (or wrong) you can fall on the same square and will not have any need to use all the other platforms. I won by going up, going down on the other side, going to that platform and falling and there to the win.

I still liked the design and the puzzle enough to rate it 4 stars and agree with @Gepeto about the stairs. Thanks!

Another level requiring some inspection to find the path. I really enjoy your designs in that regard. My timing, however, needs a lot of work. B ended up on the ground quite a bit, giving me what I've come to believe is a perplexed look.
