Maze OUTof Level

"B" out of level - SEE NO obstacles! B can only move towards the white field! Traffic diagram B in the first comment. Good luck friends. The gameplay is unusual - don't be afraid to experiment.

Good luck friends. The gameplay is unusual - don't be afraid to experiment.
And "B" can very easily move free elements (similar to "Hercules push", but without autopilot! Outside level "B" just push they:

IMPORTANT!!! before starting the game MANDATORY, read this comment and watch the Demo-video !!

This demo very well demonstrates the direction of movement of "B" on the white field! "B" outside the level DOES NOT SEE blocks! He moves from the start point to the finish point (white field !!!) along the standard trajectory, which is shown by arrows !! "B" will climb all the obstacles that he can overcome, He does not see them! It looks like an autopilot)).

The picture shows the directions of B's moves. And also, the picture shows why in the demo video - B bypasses the slider stick. Because the slider stick is ON LEVEL! Further, when B goes beyond the level - it moves along the standard trajectory of the white field. And on this he will climb obstacles.

It was fun watching B doing front flips when going up the slope. I like that you add a metal pillar to stop the slider which it also indicates where is outside the 16x16 grid. But I found it a bit hard to predict B's path calculation. And there is a minor flaw in which the second budgeable sometimes stuck so I can't one tap there to push it.

      Forgot to warn everyone!
Outside level "B" You can't lose touch with the white field !!! HE CAN'T MOVE!

There is an exception to this rule: "B" can only descend from the WEDGE and LADDER! In the event that he needs to do ONLY ONE STEP!

I want to apologize to the players. Sometimes B gets stuck in the place shown in the picture. BUT! This happens very rarely - about once in ten (1:10). If this happens, you need to restart the level. I really hope that this does not happen with you. Sorry.

      @mastersifu
Thank you, thank you my dear friend! I'm glad you did it and that you liked it!

Yes, B loves to tumble at this level :rotf::rotf:. It's really fun).

About the second column (free element). In the first version of the level, it was a big problem. Because of this, I rebuilt and changed different blocks next to the column about 5 times. So that after pushing the column - B can go further. I have put all my strength and knowledge to make it work correctly. I'm sorry that you are having difficulty with this. Sorry! But I did everything I could to fix it.

Once again, thank you very much! I'm happy that you liked it.;)

Uber cool!!! And happy to say that after some discovery tries, i did it without watching the spoiler, which speaks to how intuitive it was too!

Love it! I agree it was fun to watch B tumbling uphill. And it was interesting to sort out which direction B would move first to get to a given destination.

I am very happy! You have written very important words for me. I was worried that it would be very difficult. It's very good that you can go through intuitively. I am very glad that you did it without a spoiler. Thank you very much for playing and for appreciating my level.;):D

      @delator77
You are a very experienced player, you have been on the forum for a long time and have seen a lot! Therefore, your feedback is very important for me. I am happy that my level was original for you. Thanks. thanks!! :D

My dear friend!! Thank you very much. I'm happy that you liked it.
I saw that you also published the level "out of ..." - I'm very interested. But I am very tired of work. Sorry. I will definitely play later. Thanks.;);)

You have been busy since we discussed this at the weekend @Denis Nazin. Fascinating stuff. As you know I have been working on life outside the Matrix also. I have only constructed a test rig and haven't added game play as you have. I'm attaching a video which I hope you find interesting and not tedious.

      Some of my observations are:-
      a) If B starts on white within the 16x16x16 matrix with an end destination outside the matrix he will climb over obstacles outwith the matrix. we discussed this at the weekend. I agree with you that this is probably a symptom of the dreaded autopilot.
      2) In scenario a) he will also climb a staircase to level 17 and, if the end block is in the correct position, jump to base level on white. Interestingly if he is wearing his head the climb is agonizingly slow and distorted. If he is not wearing his head ascent is rapid and normal. I suspect a symptom of 'duck under'?? even though there is nothing above.
      3) Following on from 2) there do seem to be other differences when wearing or not wearing the head. An example is climbing back on to the external platform requires a step when not wearing a head.
      4) In my rig the white space within the 16x16x16 matrix is totally enclosed by blocks. If I remove a block, connecting the internal white space to the outside world, scenarios a) and b) don't work anymore but B will move to totally enclosed white space within my metal platform. The same is true if the internal white space is connected to the outer by steps allowing access over the wall.
      5) Given the right routing B will go from internal white space over the metal platform to external white space then return over the platform, including steps, to his starting point in internal white space.
      6) L and R exhibit some interesting behaviour on this rig. They can climb one step only on the platform but cannot exit using a step down, nor can they return by the approach route.
      7) Given the problems with B getting stuck I consider it problematic to use B in this fashion in a playable level. Full marks to you for achieving what you have done.

There are other scenarios but I am losing track.

If the test rig is of interest for experimenting let me know and I will upload it in a further comment.

Thank you for a very detailed treatise on this subject and I look forward to further discussion and progress.

It's life Jim but not as we know it.

Fascinating stuff and a lot of work.

@Denis Nazin - My level isn't a new discovery. It's just an exploration of a known behavior.

A level that makes B like a Ninja. Climb and jump. This cool.
