Large selection of which balls and their order, my first win without using 1 ball, the ball near the draggable and my pillar bouncing to fill the hole near the winning block ... the second with complete gameplay ... keeps B a little busy with the ball ...

This is big! Each Ball has 2 possible catch points. Some has 3. Need more time to solve this.

By the way, I liked those non-odd paths!
Grass - Stair - Slider. B is free to walk anywhere.

So many choices and i followed most of them correctly but i went for a different gameplay for the ball that falls to give access to winblock. I realised i had made a mistake but some gymnastics by B got the vital block on R. Liked the designed moves that i missed.

Spoiler: Alternative

instead of blocking the ball with B, i froze R to block the earlier ball from the other direction, so it fell to the side. I then released R with the ball that in designed win B blocks to the side. Then found no easy way to block R from going down the one way steps but performed a fast miss autopilot to get B across the gap to block R to head back for the win.

Very clever and clean logic level...Thanks for sharing @Meko Guy

Does it has timing?

I like how the ball that traversed the arched stone blocks can be adjusted by the draggable (by holding it) in case it is wobbled by the same draggable or the feet of B and R.

The arched bricks are attractive!

The rotating stair block is new and clever!

@Pratik Bhalerao. At the earlier parts of the level there is but it's not too tight.

@Pratik Bhalerao - Not precise timing but in one case B must get on R's other side before R gets trapped but that should be easily done if you see it.

I just swapped the last two balls and it was victory.

I gave this level so much efforts because it has all plane floors for B to walk anywhere, not like R walking Stair-to-Stair placed on same floor.

It was fun!

That was pretty sneaky with the double use of one ball, I had to check the VS.
Spinning Stair was very fancy and unique!
Lot of ball choices for B and nice open Game Plan

Completed finally. Liked the orders of the balls as that required skill and memorization. I hate it when R gets trapped but it is always better to have a fast-running B.
