As @delator77 said, two different ways to win, two different paths, with the second one using parts of the first - that's what bumps it up to 4 stars, because otherwise the gameplay only deserves 3. You really should raise the level up by 2 blocks, so that wedges can be put in place in the ball landing areas, otherwise the balls will continue to spin, or even rebound from where they're supposed to be. Also note that when B runs around quickly like he does, he can fall off of corners, so a fence or a rail would help there.
An interesting design, good use of the three dimensions, so keep building, and if you ever need help, just ask - all of us old farts will be willing to give you a suggestion or two. Instead of taking a screenshot of the level, use the 'share' icon in the lower right... that makes it easier for players to download the card.
