@PvB — me too, I really don't like this kind of level (e.g. the level 49 in Mekorama), because it requires so many moves,
but it's rewarding when you finally come up with the solution

it's quite hard to figure out how to unblock the way for that single block that will lead B to win

I usually avoid these types of puzzles as well. You make so many moves and it almost looks like it did when you started....but then you see the small difference you have made and the final set of moves can be done rapidly and, as you said, with a great sense of satisfaction....or was that relief?

It could be both. I spent my childhood playing these types of puzzles, so I'm familiar with the feeling of getting lost while you progress in moving the blocks. It's frustrating sometimes when I don't know what block to move and I feel relieved and/or satisfied when I finally solved it.
