only putting one headless R next to the win & pushing the ball is enough?

Pushing the ball is a pain because it is at the level of B's feet not his head.

I did it the same way as @delator77 . I guess it's not the intended solution, but I can't see a way that uses all the other elements.

I wasn't able to push the ball so I sent B to the win area. I tapped the platform where the Rs start and slid the slider over forcing B onto the win. A bot bump.

I found a way to manage without the ball, which was awkward to push.

[Sent a headless R down and trap him in by the win, then autopilot B up onto the slider.]

Uncertain of the intended way, I maneuvered an R into the entrapment, then walked B around the perimeter to meet it and step over for the win. The only difficulty was moderating the Ps who wanted to monopolize the corners.

I gave it a three for puzzle, coupled with the mechanics to make my theory work.

Also, if you like me, are persistent, you could trap BOTH Rs in the water and push one atop the other for a true whirling dervish effect. No amount of tapping, releasing, and shoving, dropped the topmost R in any useful way, however.

One bot win.

Trap P by the winblock and some gentle nudging with draggable will make P lean over and trigger win.
