need patience to solve this, there are times when you have to be slow to be careful, and there are times when you need to be fast ... a stressful level. and as said @Ray Aznable this level requires trial and error, and the design is good but it's quite confusing if you don't know what to do, so every hint is very useful.

in my case, I used all the balls ... and I used the info provided, and read the discussion between @ridgerunner and @Ray Aznable. that's very helpful
