      What is the point of the rotor on the other side of the win? What is the point of the rotor on the lower level down by B? It's like you build a level and forget to use an area or run out of time and post as is?

      It's a good level, but as @Meko Guy said, it looks unfinished. The design could need a little work.

      Pretty nice level. The first move is a bit random but it works well most of the time. Passing the second hurdle is a matter of timing.

      The structures that weren't used is a hint for the next or previous level.
      For example:in Heaven's Tower 2 there is a roter at end.In Heaven's Tower 3 there is a roter at the beginning.It means that the levels are connected and the roter is actually the same one.
