I know how this is supposed to be done, but I am unable to do it because I cannot control draggable blocks on my ipad3. Those blocks that are highest, cannot go any higher. The same is true of all the blocks they cannot be moved any higher than the level I pick them off of. If I drop a block, it remains on the floor forever that cannot be picked up again.

This is an impossible level for my ipad3
