I'm not sure what effect you're trying to illustrate. I found the solution straightforward.

Have a zapper bot step on the centre of one of the inner draggable units, lift the draggable with the zapper on it, hold until the zapper turns towards the win block, lower the draggable, and the zapper will walk over the vertical slider block, the stair block and onto the win block. If you're referring to the zapper bot dipping (bowing) after stepping onto the vertical slider block, then I believe this to be intentional by Martin.

If the objective was to use B to solve the level then that is easy to do as well. I let the closest zapper bot pass, then raise the closest draggable, send B under it, drop the draggable back down before B gets there so that he autopilots on top of the draggable, then send B quickly to another safe spot (because he is still feeling the effects of the Low Ceiling effect and will want to perhaps jump back off the draggable), and then tap on one of the vertical sliders close to the win block to send B there, B will step into it and then be low enough such that he can step on the stair block and to the win.

No zapper bots involved.
