      you can remove most of the red herrings (which are obvious once you find the win surrounded by fixed zappers), and instead build in some way for B to survive the win. Your current layout offers several opportunities. Read the documents the mods have put together, take a tutorial or two on the forums and see what you can come up with. Good luck!
