IMPORTANT NOTICE: As many of you already suspected/suggested this was an April Fools' Day prank. The real author of the level is @Star Penguin, one of the masters of Logic levels.
I asked him for help for this prank and he accepted immediately with this great level.

Okay - it's hint time....

This is what I know so far (too bad your 1st level had hidden stuff but I think I found all the hidden stuff), P needs to win. The high ball on the fence side is the issue. If I use P to let B cross, the other hidden ball doesn't release P, P gets up on the ball with the eye. If I use B on the eye ball, I can't get the high ball on the fence side. Am I missing something?
