No TRICKS! Fun and original gameplay) Enjoy. Good luck friends.

The gameplay is based on the study of an interesting phenomenon - a sliding platform. The study was conducted in collaboration with @MekaSage
Our research and demo maps are in the level comments -

Thank you so much my friend!

Important!!!! In the part of the level with balls - the motor can move to the right and left, gradually shifting towards B. But the motor will not be able to return back towards the central slider.

Fascinating! It's Fun To Know How Many Tricks You Can Find In Mekorama! The Motor Is Also Fully Controlable,No Errors Or No Mishaps! Great!

It's all fun but not when the motor get stuck. I had a few accidents in my gameplay. The first part was nice and smooth until the slider and two wedges area. I tried pulling in the same and opposite direction but was in vain. The stone rounded blocks added more challenge to me. I suppose that one needs some practices to get this done perfectly which was like in your video. I guess it was my device problem. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you very much for playing my friend !!!

Yes, you're right - there are a few blind spots to avoid. This is the point of the game).
The Sliding on the platform depends on the CENTER SLIDER !! It can only move in two directions. The counter-slider is blocking the platform! Therefore, in order for the platform to slide, only unidirectional sliders can be installed. Sliding depends on it. Some motion vectors are not available live. But they can be achieved with undulating movements. You are absolutely right - you need to practice a little. Thank you.

By the way, players need not be afraid of optical blocks! You can slide off them;)

@Denis Nazin That makes sense. Forgot to mention, the motor slide well when on the fences. It can almost go where I want it to go. But when the motor reaches the slider, it became weird. It doesn't move so freely as on the fences. I wonder why as the slider are connected to the fences but the movement of motor on both are not equal.

Thank you so much for playing and your feedback!

I want to tell you - the more you write in mekorama, the more opportunities for discovery!)). Due to the fact that there are laws of physics in mekorama, there is inertia and inaccuracies (irregularities) - because of this, there are a huge number of bugs, tricks, techniques, and opportunities. That is why the interest in mekorama does not go away!

By the way, my next level will be with one more original gameplay. It will be based on mekorama bumps and burrs. I think it will be original and interesting for the players.;)

I'll be honest with you - I haven't figured out the motion vectors of this effect yet. At the previous level, we with @MekaSage figured out how to build it correctly so that it works well. But how exactly the different directions of movement are caused, I still do not understand!
It seems to me that the farther from the central slider, the greater the radius and the faster the movement. The closer to the slider - the radius is smaller, the speed is lower. This is my version.

Here is a demo map - you can study the physics of the effect yourself. If you find rules or patterns, be sure to share.

Important comment! I want to save all level builders from wasting time searching. I want to show you how to build correctly - so that it works well!

At the moment, I realized that it is better to fix the slider with WEDGES! They allow the slider to deform a little and cause the effect we want.

Ha, ha, I love it! I figured you'd come up with something cool from the research.
    • MekaSage
@Denis Nazin - I haven't totally figured out the motion, but it seems like something changes when the motor crosses the center lines.

Thank you my friend. I am happy that you liked it! I'm glad that everything went smoothly for you and that you had fun at my level. :D;)

Oh my friend !! I want to thank you again! Thank you for supporting me !! Thanks for helping me with my research !! Together with you we figured out a little how to build it correctly. And now a lot of ideas for new levels are open for players with imagination. I hope our discovery will interest the players.

Regarding motion vectors, I still don't understand exactly how it works. But intuitively it turns out pretty good:D:rotf:;)

      PS
By the way, I will also have interesting information on the next level. I hope it will be interesting

really something new to me. on the first try I didn’t pass it and thought that the level was not completed yet, but a little practice and I realized that it’s fun! Excellent work!

Thank you friend, thank you very much! I am happy that after the workout everything turned out well and fun! A lot of interesting levels and ideas can be made based on this effect. If you liked it, you can come up with your own version. I will be happy!).

      At the previous level:
      http://mekoramaforum.com/media/stop-slider-star.24409/
we with @MekaSage experimented with this effect. You can take a look - there are also some ideas in the comments.
