I can get the bot to launch, but it goes straight for the zapper...

@GtB don't let the bot goes straight forward, you have to make the bot stop moving and you'll see the bot missing his legs and moving like a ghost

@GtB I can get the bot do a somersault and launch too, but it goes straight into the zapper every time.

Unless I'm missing some trick, I think this one of they corner case quirks in the physics engine that only shows up on certain devices. I have an S6 which is pretty fast. On some of the older devices the physics engine seems to react more slowly resulting in frame rate gaps where unusual physics can manifest. These frame rate gaps also seem to prevent users with older devices from solving levels which require very precise movements/angles.

I have seen this ghost effect before when the bot gets launched outside the boundary of a very narrow level, but the bot couldn't get back into the level area.

I think it's all just about technique and every single device can do this (maybe)

Unable to get the bot to do anything but somersault into the zapper. (I absolutely LOVE that somersault bug by the way!) At no time does he hover. I have occasionally seen hovering, but I can't get him to do it on this level. I'm unable to change the angle of the bot because he does not respond to my finger. There's no other way to get over that block in the middle.

@Kim Budi already tried that, no hover. Also tried the tap the green square next to the corner...No hover.
