Help - App Unable to scan QR code.

I have been regularly visiting this forum for about past week now. And what I have noticed is that, everyday, there is always one or two levels, that I can't scan on my app.
I tried opening the image in New tab but it still says scan error.
I even mentioned this once in a level, but it turned out others were able to scan it properly.
This has been happening everyday, and I am bothered by it. Also one thing to note, is most of these level cards are posted as screenshot.
I am wondering if any of you know the reason why this could be the case. Is it about my Android version or something?
Btw, I am using the latest app version.
Is there any other way to download the card?
