   If you add a line of fence pieces to an FD and slide it out from a row of supporting blocks it will appear to be in mid air. Only when the FD is completely free from the blocks below does it fall down. The weight of the FD doesn't appear to have any impact until it's freed.
   
   Here's a screenshot showing what I mean:
   
   
   
   Now here is an easy to win demo to test this out. Move the FD out slowly and see it hang in mid air.

   @Chris Hester That is because a fence block fills the whole space, just like a stone block. It looks thin, but it's really the same width. You can see the actual shapes of all the blocks here: https://mekoramaforum.com/threads/physical-dimensions-of-mekorama-blocks.635/
