    Only B can walk on this blocks (ladders) IMG_8248.jpg But, you will get this block on Mekostudio, maybe that you are a member on Mekorama forum (it means that the ladders is bonus block).
    An ladder looks as this what you see in this image. Finally, ladder block will make B climb without stairs or elevators (an slider moving vertically with draggable or metal).
