    The slowly rotating platform from "Dizzy climb" level. This design seems to be the most stable (I've never seen it get jammed).

    7CBC816A-A61A-475C-BC17-7153E35D62B2.jpeg This is the method I found using motors and balls to create a moving (or flapping) hinge.
    It is created on the diagonal allowing the balls to align along an edge between the body and the wing. The motors connect to the balls and to the body and wing structure independently. 3B21A7DF-60DB-4ECE-AA50-420360DA0F3A.png

    That's pretty wild! I noticed if I pick it up and shake it, a motor falls out.

    The one that falls out is from the engine that allows flight, it’s still visible (partially deconstructed) in the posted pic. I removed it for the post on the flapping hinge topic (to allow viewing the hinge motion without the entire dragon flying away

    Oh, now that you mention it I see it falls into place as the level first opens. Thanks for explaining, and thanks for such an interesting innovation!

    Wow! This is great. What is the expanding and contracting border for?

    The border was an attempt to keep “L” and “R” within a controlled area (if, as or when they drop from its claws) due to late or no player interaction as the dragon increases elevation and drifts.
    “L” and “R” can claim the ground level stars while contained

    I feel like @DavidR could do something pretty interesting with this idea.

    This may have been done before, but if so I don't remember seeing it. You can use an advanced SBS to enter a gravity gun.

    It's based on one way mechanism (I call it heavy slider/rotation).

    I was aware of the heavy slider being used to go one-way down, but I didn't know it could be used to go one-way up, to the side, or rotating on an axis.

    @MekaSage
    You should know if you've played my levels: one?way and Magic Door. And if you open the roof of our collab card, you'll see a one way rotation.
