I dont like complex “traffic” puzzles but this one was OK for me and a nice challenge.

I'm not sure if you know what auto pilot is as I didn't go thru all your 29 levels to refresh my memory. If B were to be knocked off the top platform onto the surface, then raising the lift, tap the surface where the lift was and lower the lift. When B gets to the tapped location, B will climb up as it's only one level high. This will miss the traffic portion of the level.

İn your levels many shortcut You need to Fix them and make harder
