Up On The Roof

R-Bot went up on the roof to fix a leak during a thunder storm. He got struck by lightning which not only destroyed the roof, but also fried some of this circuitry. Now he's afraid to come down. Can you help him get off the roof?

      Do you just move B out, adjust the draggable to the other door, then bring the slider up and use the draggable to kick the side of the roof out, then bring it back and rapidly toss it to the chimney until it falls off?

      @Frenzies
      Yes, assuming you have to the bot on the draggable when you slam it up (which takes the chimney piece out). You shouldn't be able to pop the chimney without the B-Bot being on the draggable. The draggable inside essentially forms a slider which moves in 3 axes.

      Sneaky and reminds me of your earlier Black Box, though essentially impossible without free camera :D

      @TR O I don't understand the extra challenge......I actually used B to solve it :eek:

      Nice level. Thanks!

      @TR O, is there a way not removing the draggable? Once the roof went away, next step is push and remove the draggable, isn't it?

      A rare 5-star free draggable. :rolleyes:

      I ended up having B on the draggable and just stepping onto the level of the win, with the draggable still in the house.
    • TR O
      @chemi I know. The draggable
      is not supposed to be out.
      .That's why it is a challenge:D.

      @TR O Quite amusing! It took me a little while to sort out how you pulled it out. I actually didn't even know the final shape of the draggable internal piece, as it kind of morphed as the design progressed. ;)

      Quite fun puzzle , single try success due to design , I am impressed.:D

      I really like puzzle boxes, but they are hard to accomplish in Mekorama due to the unpredictable nature of free-draggables. Although in this case you did make a great attempt at containing the one inside. I don't think that is a spoiler, but I ended up finding three ways to complete this puzzle very consistently whose list and solutions may not be as apparent:
      The hints are in the titles of these spoilers:
      Judging by the architecture of the puzzle, particularly the internal stair block, I am going make the assumption that this is the intended solution. Essentially the steps are to pop off the two budgeables from the roof (along with R) and then raise B to the stair block and to the win!
      So there is a way to pop the roof right off, but there is also a way to tilt it such that R descends onto the long straight budgeable near the win block. Once there, push the budgeable out such that R can walk onto its motor. Then punch it completely out such that R falls down onto the ledge ending in the win block.
      This solution is the trickiest, but I found that the internal draggable is nicely rotatable and and perfectly shapped such as to be able to pass right onto the ledge and be slid over the win block. The first steps are to pop off the two budgeables and R. Then set aside B (either to the end of the ledge or out onto the lawn). From here is a matter of playing a bit with the internal free-draggable. For help, consider the shape of the opening formed by the stair block. There is no need to get the free-draggable flailing around.
      P.S. I loved the intro story! Thanks for the fun-filled puzzle! :)

      Amazing!. It took a while to find the solution by combining draggables, but it is very fun to play. Very clever level design. Congratulations

      Nice design of the level. I really enjoyed this one.
