      To cross the building.
Use the autopilot trick first. B will fall, but before he fall, push the draggable to catch him. And push the draggable to the other side of the level. Don't worry, B will avoid the block.
To remember, it's not always working. But this is the only way;)

@An Kenoun - Was this your intended solution?
Given that there is an inset fence block in the base of one tower and a hidden zapper in the base of the other, I don't see how your solution of letting B fall and catching him with the draggable is any help. I also don't know what you mean by "Don't worry, B will avoid the block." I'm not sure which "block" you're referring to.
Although, with practice, my solution is achievable, I would say that it is stretching the bounds of what could be considered a reasonable gameplay mechanic. Bot bashing is right up there with detested inertia-based tricks like Tripping on Air and Boogie Bot Bug (although I did use this in my first level uploaded, and I will be forever regretful).

Now I can rate... it was good but couldn't solve it without video so 3 is enough

@ADM - My answer is NO - I tried many things and seen no way - Seen @nGord's video and can't do it either. I certainly hope we don't see more of these unique (very hard to accomplish) type levels. :(
