Straightforward, with some amusing options at the top. A 3+ < 4.

Only the top level requires a bit or work.

Can be made more interesting by going for a budgeable win rather than a B win.

Spoiler: Budgeable win

autopilot B up from the Nearest grass block. He will push the budgeable. Then get B back to the draggable and lower. This allows the budgeable to cross the winblock triggering the win.
