The Barge

B and R must ready the barge before docking. Throwing the anchor (last ball) will inform the Harbour Master the barge is ready. Two tricks are used and one R behaviour

I was surprised to see that the first trick can be done with a very high percentage of stability.

      - springboard stairs (SBS)
      - low ceiling

      R:
      - R will not walk onto stairs lead from stairs and nothing underneath
      - see card
      [IMG]
      - try SBS
      - try SBS with R on B

I didn’t realise that the first trick was so stable until i watched the video as i had been usng the soft version apart fro once near the end. Looks ks great and i liked all the stair business.

Finally I went through! It was difficult for me:confused:. BUT! Really. I went through without prompts or videos. I'm happy that I did it myself!:D Difficult but solvable level for me. Liked. Of course 5:thumbsup:

@Denis Nazin - If you know how to do SBS and a little bit about low ceiling, one should be able to solve. Thanks for P, C and R.

SBS and low ceiling I guessed without problems. The biggest challenge for me was dealing with your intricate staircases and their functions, combined with a low ceiling. Here's what's really tricky!

By the way, I watched your video. My path was the same except:
3:20 - 4:20 am I suspected I needed to slide the R over the top. But I made it easier - I ran an R from the bottom. I tricked him with the stairs, he fell, and I led him from below - where B passed.
    • Meko Guy
@Denis Nazin - I considered blocking that route for R but I also said, if a player can get that far (dropping the 2nd last ball), let them do what they want and win. Thanks for sharing.

I like the theme of this one. I think I learn something new every time I play one of your levels. I didn't realize...
...that when a bot is on top of B it can create a low ceiling effect.

What  - this isn't new. It's been around since the first version. Thanks for commenting, playing and rating.

My friend, you will be very surprised - but I also only found out about this a month ago:rotf:! At the level: http://mekoramaforum.com/media/hold-to-freeze.24427/
It's all about how often we meet certain techniques and tricks at the levels. I just haven't seen it. For this I did not know. This is very rarely used by players for half a year - which I am on the forum. Therefore, I did not know about it - and this is normal!:)
In mekorama - very, VERY many techniques and tricks !!! Therefore, I think that EVEN you do not know absolutely everything. And there is nothing to be surprised at - this is normal;)

      @Denis Nazin
There is a reason for this. New players don't get into moves like that as they are more interested in golf, tossing, etc. Older players didn't do moves like that either as in V1.1 if R was on B and B moved (one square) R fell off and/or R became so unstable that R would just spin in a circle until you restarted. I've made levels way back with V1.1 where R would walk down stairs onto B's eye and as R stepped off B, tapping under B would send B off the inverted stairs onto the route. See card - still works today.
Today, as you know, if R walked onto B, B can walk over to the win with R above and R will get off. Previously, if you were LUCKY enough for R to still be on B, R would have been so unstable, R wouldn't get off B onto the win. I still have V1.1 on my laptop so I get to see the old ways still.

Design was a hit rough this time:p Anyway... Gameplay always 6* stars:thumbsup:
    • Meko Guy
@Anomynous - Design is always an issue with my levels. I make a level without design even considered. I only use stone square blocks, no grass, no bricks, no metal unless it's a slider. When the level is complete and working, I add in some colour so if the level looks great - it wasn't planned. Thanks for P, C and R.

I was surprised that the first trick was very stable for me and I liked all the low ceiling stair moves. Rare to see in your levels where B had to carry R around.
    • Meko Guy
@mastersifu - My brain goes against riding B but the more I use it, the more I see it in other levels. This reminds me - your last level - getting P down one level so B can ride P - the move - I just used that move in one of my levels so it helped me see it in yours. Thanks for P, C, R and I'm happy you liked those low ceiling moves.
