One of tge steps was fall B down in the middle of a rotation to the last stairs. Was it designed?

Not sure exactly where you mean, but as long as the correct path is chosen, B does not fall. As long as rotation does not occur during B’s passage between fixed and rotatable, you can spin the rotation freely without knocking B down. Thanks for playing the level and for the rating!
