No idea?

Well i have ideas. One possible short which i am sure would win eventually is too herd Nearest R up to the front of the rocket then nudge R onto the top of the rocket then raise the rocket making R fall onto the winblock or to bounce back into the winblock.
I have also tried triggerithe winblock from underneath with R : doesnt work.
I can see the final designed move for the win but can’t see how to get one of the Rs onto the farside steps.

At least one star is for the design. When i had my winning idea i thought surely not , that is ridiculous. But i got it the first time i tried but i think i must have been lucky!

The two Rs have to realeased so that their paths intersect for ing the nearside R to turn right up the farside stairs: the rocket having been raised already.
