Drop the 1st and 2nd ball. Do a Stairs Side Step and if B has the right momentum, the last ball will fall so B can go to the win.

I spent much time on doing things that turned out to be impossible or useless. In retrospect, the solution is fairly easy.

that was a long way back.. kinda.. but it was fun! gotta be quick too to cross the stairs. nice logic and design.
