"Don't Tell Me You Love Me" is a song from the San Francisco rock group Night Ranger, from their debut album "Dawn Patrol" in 1982. Standard hard rock (they were listed as 'glam metal' at the time), this song hit #4 on the Billboard 'Mainstream Rock' charts and at #40 on the Billboard 'Hot 100'. At first they called themselves "Ranger", but they were sued by a country group called The Rangers, so they changed the name based on a song on the album.
They had moderate success, and for their first album they toured with Sammy Hagar, among others. The song of theirs that really hit the charts was the power ballad "Sister Christian" from their 1984 album "Midnight Madness".

Put me more in mind of Steely Dan's "Janie Runaway" than Night Ranger ... but still fun to discover the intricacy of the connections, even if just by mostly watching B homing in on the next ball. :D

One more white spots happy moments level, but so nice to watch B ambling along.
And this time it's not my fault if B's fuel cell is depleted :sneaky:.
      Thank you!

@Don G Rowe Don't think I've ever heard that one... my favorites from them are "Reelin' in the Years", "Do It Again", "Rikki Don't Lose that Number", "Deacon Blues", etc.

EDIT: thanks... I've got "Do It Again" stuck in my head now. ;) Did you know that the two of them met when they were both attending Bard College in Annandale-on-Hudson in New York?
    • D.S.Masters
@delator77 Yeah, I was wondering how many people would knock that piece over at the start of the level...:)

@D.S.Masters In the early 2000's Becker and Fagan got back together and released two albums, "Two Against Nature" and "Everything Must Go." Both are every bit as good as the core catalog, and in some cases, even better. Worth checking out.

Poor little B needs to oil his leg joints after that runabout!
    • D.S.Masters
@Oily Jake If I tried running around like that, my leg joint would sue for divorce... (arthritis in the left knee)
