4.5 stars from me. Very good use of inner slider, and liked the use of ball to capture two lower stars.

I am also glad to see you again on the forum. Good level with a good idea, I liked it.
I also think that the level is 4.5. But I will put 4 for two reasons:
1) The ball on which B must then pass is unstable. To prevent the ball from rolling off the level, you can put a wedge under it or put up a fence.
2) I really like the idea of taking the lowest star with B

. But you did not foresee that this star can be taken with the help of the bottom ball.
