This is a repost as @delator77 found a shortcut in the previous version.

Spoiler

1. Ball order is very important.
2. If you want the mechanism/s to work well, stand on the red brick.
3. If you want again the mechanism/s to work well, keep bumping the mechanism/s with B. Use the stuck draggable (one that's surrounded by grass blocks) to "slide" the budgeable to its desired position. If you want the budgeable to return to its original orientation, strongly push B with the draggable so that B can also strongly bump the budgeable.

Yes. I was wondering why your hint didn’t have any relevance to my gameplay of the original post of this level.
Played this one a few times and much prefer the first one LOL

1. Push the ball towards the hole beside the red brick to trigger the mechanism
2. Stand B on the red brick so that the previously stuck automatic motor will push B and bump the budgeable. The budgeable then must rotate up to 90 degrees clockwise.

I finished the level at last. Nice mechanism, and I liked the balls stability, they didn't go in a wrong direction. Thanks for sharing!

That was fabulously sneaky and took a number of tries to figure out the convoluted pathways. Having to move the draggable twice was something I didn't expect. Lots of fun for B at this Resort and certainly lots to do!
