Meko Guy

1.1 or 1.2 v 1.3

This card can be played by all versions of Mekorama. The game play for players using 1.1 or 1.2.x is much different than the game play for those with 1.3 version. A few tricks will be required in any version but more tricks are required with 1.3 as bots can not walk over sand wedges.

      - hercules push (use auto pilot to redirect B to push a mechanism)
      - auto pilot (tap and move slider to redirect B)
      - low ceiling (B acts strangely with a low ceiling and may travel over blocks that B can't normally do)

      Nor sure what version i am on, guessing it’s 1.1, but it was a gentle wander across the roofs for B
    • Meko Guy
      @ridgerunner - Yes - you are on V1.1 since you didn't update yours. V1.2 gives you better viewing - you can see in straight and level. As of now, 1.3 blocks B from wandering over the wedges so one needs to auto pilot. Thanks for P, C and R.

      Loved the design & FUN gameplay...Thanks for sharing @Meko Guy ;)
    • Meko Guy
      @delator77 - Are you using 1.3 or still using 1.2? Thanks for P, C and R.
    • Meko Guy
      @delator77 - Great so you got to do more auto pilots.

      very persistent person you are
      @Meko Guy
      you notice the three different
      of how blocks behaving
      in 3 different update versions
      of mekorama,
      and this level provide 3 possibilities
      for each different versions.

      because in latest update
      sand wedge behave the same way
      as stone wedge

      and sadly, your old good levels
      with some illusion from sand wedge
      are now unable to be played anymore,
      here is one example

      @Ray Aznable - The creators of Mekorama want to leave the sand wedge working like a stone wedge so there are many levels that will not work anymore. Thanks for P, C and R.

      :):cool::thumbsup:
      Yeah !!! Can't believe I solved it and it only took about 8 restarts. LOL. The first section on the platform was elegant and smooth. Lots of work for B to do after this and he almost thought about cleaning the chimney when he was on the roof auto-piloting across :p. Really enjoyed how this level was intuitive and easy to see everything and had lots of room to move, creating a very satisfying Action level. Only difference was at the end my B didn't go to the red brick on the bottom to block R, instead I just lifted the slider next to it. Fabulous job and so happy I could finish one of your levels without any hints! LOL:rolleyes:...And very ingenious of you to make workarounds for the different versions :cool:

      @Sammy 5 - Glad you enjoyed it and you can see the transition we were going thru back then. For example, if an author used a sideway sand wedge to block a path, if the player had v1.1, then that player could walk over that wedge. Thanks for P, C and R.

      @Meko Guy... Yes, I have been playing Mekorama for about 2 years, just not a member of the forum till recently. I remember the transition to the present version where you can view everything. It took me a while to get used to it so I can only imagine how this would have huge changes for level creators. I tip my hat to all you amazing designers for your creativity and level building skills :thumbsup:
