Flying Monkey

B is already bored with the stay at home order, so he built an obstacle course in his backyard. (SBS needed)

SBS (springboard stairs) is needed, and sometimes ball walking happens
Everybody (probably) knows that flying monkeys are from the movie "The Wizard of Oz". Not one of my favorite movies, but last year I saw a description for it that was perfect (and hilarious): "After a small-town tyrant (Margaret Hamilton) threatens to kill her dog, a teen (Judy Garland) runs away from home and is implicated in the murders of two sisters."
The joke you'll see online is that the movie is the perfect chick flick: two women fighting over shoes.

I loved all that flying around. Even spent a while trying to jump a gap only for to B realize, after he had made it, that he could actually have just run around to the other side, :rotf::rotf:!

@BangTe I guess you have to be a certain age to remember when the film was at its peak, ;). It was huge in the 1950s and 60s. It probably has to be seen once in your life, but you may find once is more than enough,:rotf:!!

      @Jom
I am more interested in music

Even as you say 1950s and 60s

I think I want to make a level with a phenomenal music title:thumbsup:
      And movie too
    • Jom
@BangTe Ah, but the film is a musical! Though not exactly to modern tastes, ;):rotf:! 'Follow the yellow brick road'! And then there are the munchkins -:eek::rotf:! Oh the nostalgia, :D:D!

Han. Obstacle course indeed. And if B is well organised and do his workout in the right order (took me many tries:oops:) he is exhausted just enough not to reach and get stuck in the hole by the last ball.
I'm trying again to try and do this ball riding;)

      Thank you Mister Masters!

Yaaaay! B got his ball walk, yaaay!
He skipped the podium and went straight to the shower.

Very enjoyable level. The order of pushing things is crucial.
    • D.S.Masters
@mossieurclo That second SBS is a bit hit and miss as far as where B lands - sometimes he hits the ball and falls backwards to the ground, sometimes he rides the ball, and sometimes he lands on the metal half pillar... no real predictability on that.
    • D.S.Masters
@GFJ I think I'm getting better with sequencing things...
    • D.S.Masters
@Jom I tried to keep everything as visible as possible, but that's one of the problems with building - I know what the path is, but people seeing it for the first time might see it differently. ;)

@Jom It airs here in New England at the same time every year.

@D.S.Masters The path was perfectly visible, I just had it in my head that B needed to jump and didn't look for an alternative - it's funny how we can just not notice the obvious!!

We get the Wizard of Oz sometimes at Christmas in UK, but not every year.
    • D.S.Masters
@Jom It airs here every year at Thanksgiving (end of November). The flying monkeys scared me when I was a kid, but then I got used to them, and now the movie just bores me because I've seen it too many times.

As for the path... yeah, I've played levels where the path wasn't obvious to me, but others didn't have a problem. o_O
