Catch!

Revised version of level posted earlier today. I had fun designing it; I hope you enjoy it too. Many thanks to Don Rowe, who (as always) provided gentle guidance and constructive criticism. Launch design based on Tiny Jump by Retrograde. Have fun!

really enjoyed this level  thinking if I can borrow this jumping mechanism

I see you removed the shortcut which is fine. Nice level that requires the same move a few times. Question: Why didn't you anchor the draggable above B's starting position with a slider? Thanks
    • gmacpro
Forgot to mention, was that a stray block to the right of B on the inside?
    • Black1226
@laurencegr thanks laurencegr! The mechanism was designed by retrograde and a model can be found in his Tiny Jump (wish I was that good!). Glad you enjoyed this level, I had fun designing it!

@ridgerunner Really? Bummer! Wanna share with me in a conversation, so as not to tip off other players?
    • Black1226
@gmacpro I thought I had anchored that thing six ways from Sunday. Must have missed one, so the answer is, I missed that.

@gmacpro and thanks for the 4, despite it's faults, I really like this level!

@Black1226 - It's not big deal for the thing not to be anchored, I was just curious why you'd want to be able to hold it ½ way between blocks.
    • Black1226
With the trouble I've had with free draggahles, I really want them anchored! Each and every one, I've just had too much trouble with them. I really do appreciate you pointing it out, I don't want to get careless!

Good for you. I also notice other details in your design, such as the pine trees made of wedges. Are those pine trees? looks good.
    • Black1226
@gmacpro halfway between blocks? I just noticed this part of your sentence? If you mean the whole platform anchored only part of the way horizontally, this is on purpose. It gives B some headroom, and allows the player to pull the platform forward if necessary, to catch B as he descends from his jump. I'll look again closely to see if there's any other possible meaning. And the block to the right was indeed a stray. I removed it on my copy, but don't think it's important enough to re upoad!

@laurence.gr Yep, they are supposed to be pine trees. They are functional (the ones in a cluster) as well being cute I'm glad you liked them, so did Don.
