      Welcome to the forum. I gave your level a go and it wasn't hard, in fact I didn't win on my 1st attempt but I did on my 2nd one. Not much in the way of game play as the win is very quick. The rotor arm was very sticky as the motor was hitting the stone block but I assume that was your intention to make it harder. My point, the sticky rotor didn't balance the level.
