Having been otherwise occupied for a few days , nice to pick a tough level to return to. Clever finish and an awkward timing move for R the way I completed which felt like the designed solution.

P.S. On looking again, i see that there is no need for any awkward timing moves; i should have moved R earlier.

Really terrific puzzle in a beautifully designed package. Great stuff. The first time I missed the sequence and had to use a trick to compensate, but then went back and did it start to finish with no tricks.
